118 crash

I was on my scooter, like the ones where you push to go, and first I saw a lot number 33... then I went down a slope, and the brakes didn't work. I crashed on the concrete and had to walk home. Later that day I saw 118 119 ect all through the day. For me it seems whenever something is about to harm me I see 23 and 118 idk why.
