i always see that every time i look on my cell phone time.
at first i just wonder that it was only timing every time i look in my cell phone time. but why is that mean i always see that number.. what is that mean.? example 1:16pm 2:46pm 9:16 1:46 3:16 5:46 8:46 7:16.. i think they want something to tell me. please answer.. tnx
This exact same thing keeps happening to me with the phone with number 46 every single day it's so creepy

i keep seeing the time 6:46 2:46 3:46 10:46 etc.at least twice to thrice in a day in my cell phone and desktop pc..also sometimes on numberplate of vehicle...sometimes i see a clock and there is a just transition from 45 to 46 or 46 to 47...
