Once you get the mark it cannot be removed or erased, but what about the jews who got it during the holocaust; are they also damned? What if my dilemma is mark or suicide? Just watched "the devils arithmetic", pretty sick.
How do you know that once you get the mark, it can't be removed? Are those people just permanently doomed?

Im not a bible thumper but i know somewhere in there it mentions that if your hand causes you to sin then cut it off and cast it into the fire. If one obtained the mark on their forehead then just may be doomed unless they find a way to cut it off and cast into the fire. Just my thought. There would be no way one could bear this mark and hope to be saved, it would have to be parted from you before you could even think to ask for hope...

Regards to sinning and cutting off what causes us to do it, then we all should cut off our heads. I believe this statement was meant for how serious it is to not allow sin to lead us becasue the consequences are unforgiving.
