The number 38 or 83 are the numbers associated with the number 11. When seeing numbers you are being directed to seek the truth and the light. Light is 29/11. All of Creative existence is of Light. We exist on the earth where the Creators Light is the least that is why Light takes the shape of solid forms which allows us to be tested to advance our souls when we leave this existence. This world is the lowest form of Light brought forward by the Creator. What I mean is that on the Tree of Life the Light emanates through the worlds of existence when that light reaches the world we live in it is the point of least Light. Tree of Life numbers are 30/26=56 which is 3/8 =11. In the Old Testament specifically the Book of Genesis "AND GOD SAID LET THERE BE LIGHT" = 117. This does not mean daylight it means that all of the Creators Creation is of Divine Light. Divine Light is 32/33/=65 which is 5/6=11. The numbers for DIVINE LIGHT 5/6 = 11 is connected to the TREE OF LFE number 56 =11. When added together you get 11+11 = 22. This is the foundation number symbolizing God's Light coming into form. Birthdays is the most powerful of symbols that guides one's life. It is the symbolic Covenant you have with the Creator. To truly understand one needs to step out side the box which man has taught you to date and seek the True Light for the soul and spirit. I other words to transform your life.
