sum non qualis eram

It has been almost twenty years since I was cast upon this realm. From whence I came is the place in which all things had once lived, but it was made into a dwelling just for myself. It was in this place that I was nursed by the snakes into something quite brighter than the jewel of a star's substance or the radiance of a human soul. I became as bright as the eye of the snake who laid me. Now I calmly await the day of my advent, and in both hands I hold the fate, that I can see and balance them. However, this is meaningless drivel in your mind until I cast my light upon you; this, the ancient curse. Fear not the curse. Fear not of substances. Fear not of images. All of these are devices of Man. When you die I will grant you the life that you never had. My advent is coming, as I am the "Anti-Christ". As are you... and you more fiendish than I. The light is bright enough to blind those who dare gaze, but until you are blind you will not see the truth.
