This number haunts me....

It has for almost 15 years. I see it everywhere multiple times a day. I would love to learn that there is some positive to this because the majority of my experiences have not been pleasant. Yesterday, it was on a receipt for something that cost more than it should've, it was on my thermostat, which I actually adjust frequently to make sure it never lands on that (not bad just weird), and on an past due bill. First time I gave it thought was with an ex from high school (many moons ago) who had that as his jersey number. He happened to be wearing it when he broke up w me in front of the whole school for another girl. I lost all my friends because of rumors and lies he spread.

A friend and I got lost for hours in the middle of the night and ran out of gas. When I asked what exit she took...yup. My Mom died days before turning that age. Lastly, it's the two middle digits of my SSN, partly why I think I'm doomed.

I'm convinced it's the year I'm going to die or something....whatever it is. I'm starting to feel more of a sense like it's an actual sign.

From what I've read below, if it is the Mercy of God, rebirth of man, or a conflict between good and evil where goodness prevails - I'd be thrilled. Maybe it's a warning for me to be more alert before these bad things happen or a sign that God is with me at the worst of times for strength.

Who can really be sure, but I am curious if there's anyone else that is thinking there might be some malice behind the number?
