9 is the beast/ego/base consciousness, 3 is God/light/higher consciousness. 9, the dark masons, builders of bricks to block the light, will fall away as you go to 3, the light masons, removing the bricks to open the light to the earth.. Found in freemasonry, new world order, declaration of independence day etc
