Properties of the Infinity
Symbolism
The Infinity is symbolized mathematically by the number 8 laid down. If it is drawn, one never stops.
Symbol of the innumerable, the unbounded one.
Symbol of the divine perfection towards which tend all the creatures, without however never reaching it.
The infinity, the eternal is symbolized in the language of hieroglyphs anointed, and also in alchemy, by a snake that bites the tail.
General
The infinity number, alone, said Plato, is susceptible all sorts of divisions.
The infinity produces all numbers that it contains in its great unit at the moment that it is determined.
The infinity and zero are unreal concepts closely dependent since, in mathematics, by definition, finished divided by zero gives the infinity.
Malebranche says "that there is nothing great by itself and without reports to other thing, otherwise the Infinity and the Unit".
Speaking about the infinite Universe, Pascal tells that it is "a circle whose center is everywhere and the circumference nowhere".
